Paul has 13 years of real estate experience, including real estate sales, and overseeing construction projects/investments from start to finish. He has a keen eye for pinpointing existing and potential issues, ranging from plumbing to structural, translating to a true value-add for clients as they embark on the process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate in the Bay Area. Paul's background includes IT, but he found a true match when he began working in real estate with Alla Lipovetsky, providing him with a career that involves helping people. In particular, Paul has significant expertise with short sales, assisting his clients during an especially complicated time. Outside of his professional success, Paul is a proud husband and father, and spends most of his free time trying to keep up with his four year old son.

Eugene has called San Francisco home since the age of seven, and feels lucky to have a profession which enables him to help others find their home in the Bay Area. He has been involved in the real estate industry in the Bay Area for the past 11 years, initially as a mortgage loan officer, then as a real estate appraiser, and for the past six years working in real estate sales, joining his brother, Paul Zinchik and longtime associate Alla Lipovetsky to form their own practice. His breadth of experience in the many facets of real estate provide a unique perspective to those around him. More than anything, Eugene truly enjoys supporting his clients as they engage in buying, selling, and investing in real estate in San Francisco and surrounding areas. In his free time, alongside his wife, he enjoys everything that California has to offer including hiking, oyster shucking, wine tasting and running.
